We were asked to clear this ground floor flat located on Mitcham Lane in Streatham, London. The property had not been occupied in a long time, and as a result it had become neglected. Our client was the owner, and he was planning to sell the property at auction. First he wanted to remove all of the old furniture and effects to make it more attractive to buyers, so we agreed to provide a complete clearance and cleaning service.

Disposal of Contents
Despite being old and dusty, many of the items of furniture that we removed were still in a good condition and it would be a shame to throw them out. We always try to reuse what we can from our clearances, so we donated everything that we could to two local charity shops. We also recycled most of the waste from the clearance so that only a very small amount of things were sent to landfill.
