Jeff is reliable, extremely knowledgeable and personable. House Clearance – Friern Barnet

Jeffrey and his team did a first class clearance of a three-bedroom house following the death of my wife’s cousin, a single gentleman and electrical engineer who never threw anything away, and whose parents bought the house when it was built in the 1930s.

The pleasant Avery’s team cleared the house, and two full sheds efficiently and professionally in every respect. It was left in tidy, excellent shape ready to be sold. Much to my surprise, the process was completed in a day and a bit. A great performance in times when good service can be extremely hard to find. It would have taken us months.

The work was priced very reasonably and was worth every penny.
Also happy to give a telephone reference should an awkward prospective customer ask!

Avery Associates Appraisal

I have just moved house after almost 30 years of occupation. My initial choice of movers, Pickfords, decided at the last moment that they had double booked and that they would not be able to conduct the move. This clearly heightened the stress of what was already a highly stressful situation. Added to which my son, who was managing the move, broke his left arm badly a week before the move and had to be hospitalised.

Fortunately I remembered that my wife’s parents had used Avery Associates to move and clear their house. Pickfords cancellation proved to be a blessing in disguise. Avery Associates supplied an amazing team led by Jeffrey himself, and were highly professional and efficient and moved and cleared the house to several destinations. Their empathy and understanding of the stresses and strains of house moving was outstanding; they even brought the garden up to a high standard for handover. The house was left immaculate.

I cannot praise Avery Associates and his team enough; they were simply incredible. Willingness and flexibility were their watchwords, I could not have asked for anything better.
