This small flat hid a large secret: inside it was completely full! Items and junk had accumulated over the years, and when the new owner inherited the property he was shocked to find it in such a bad condition. He called us to clear the property of all of the contents and to then provide a deep clean so that he could sell it.

Clearance Requirements

The owner had taken a quick look around the flat for any items of interest and had taken what he wanted, so the only requirement was to get rid of everything remaining as quickly as possible. We carried out the clearance by the end of the day, which was good timing considering many of the items had to be taken down the stairwell of the building. Our team of cleaners carried on behind us cleaning each room as we finished it, and by the time we finished with it the flat was looking very clean and tidy.

Disposal of Contents

We found no items which were worthy of being reused or donated to charity during the clearance, so instead we separated them out into those items that could be recycled and those that had to be sent to landfill. As is normal in all of our clearances, we managed to recycle over 90% of the contents.
