Clearance Overview
This house only had three bedrooms but all of them were very large. It had not been inhabited for a few years and there were lots of items left over by the previous occupant. The new owner was looking for a quick sale and he simply wanted it all cleared so that he could offer it to a property developer. Due to the amount of space around the property there were no issues regarding access.
Clearance Requirements
The requirement was simply to clear the property of all of its furniture and effects as quickly as possible. We were to leave all the white goods, carpets and curtains. The owner also wanted us to give it a quick clean and vacuum once everything had been removed, although he did not require a deep clean.
Disposal of Contents
The owner had no requirements for the disposal of the items as long as they went to good home and we tried our best to send as little as possible to land fill. Most of the was old and in a bad condition so we simply separated everything out to be recycled or sent to waste, with a few items going to local Sunbury charities.
