House Clearance In Basildon After A Bereavement
We were instructed to carry out this house clearance in Basildon by a client who had recently lost his brother, and had traveled from the west country to get the property cleared. After meeting the client at 8am we started to clear the fairly well furnished semi detached property. We removed a fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and dishwasher from the kitchen along with pots pans food from the cupboards and the usual amount of cutlery and crockery. The utility room had a tumble drier and a chest freezer which we also carried out to the truck.
Clearance Overview
Moving on to the lounge diner we cleared a table and chairs, sideboard, 3 piece suite side tables books music system videos and cd’s most of which were clean and re-usable. This was all loaded into our removals lorry, and the waste into another truck. Bedrooms comprised of 2 double and 1 single bed, a number of cabinets wardrobes and chests, with a dressing table. There was bedding scattered around and clothing out of cupboards, which was all removed quickly by our team.
Clearing The Garden And Loft
The loft had a few empty boxes and the usual Christmas tree and decorations, which we took downstairs. The garden shed had a variety of tools a mower and other electrical gardening tools all in working order. The garden had 2 benches to be removed along with the contents of a small green house full of plastic pots. Ceramic flower pots scattered in other areas of the garden.
Finally A Good Sweep Through And Vacuum The Carpets
We cleared all of the items above and swept the shed and greenhouse clean, finally going from room to room with the hoover – Job done !
Whole clearance completed in 7 hours and our customer was very happy.
