Clearance Overview
This was a large house with a large garden. The owner wanted to landscape the garden, but wanted the household contents and furniture removed completely, and all the overgrown plants and shrubs cut back, then all the debris and rubbish cleared first and decided that it would be easier to instruct us to do the work as this was too big a job for her alone.
Clearance Requirements
The aim of the job was to clear everything from the house and garden, leaving them completely empty, and then tidy up by cutting the hedges and mowing the lawn. We were instructed to look out for any working machinery to be sent for reuse, and everything else was to be recycled. If we also came across waste that could be composted, then we were asked to pile it up in the corner of the garden.
Disposal of Contents
We had contacted a number of Farnham charities before hand to see if any of them would be interested in taking any of the property contents for their shops. As most of the property content was in poor to average condition, it was concluded that unfortunately none of the property content was suitable as charitable donations so it was all returned to our recycling centre.
