House Clearance in Epping August 2012
We were instructed to clear a large period property in Epping, Essex in August 2012 which was to be sold by the owner upon completion of the house clearance. He had removed everything he wanted to keep then asked us to clear all house furniture and effects, as well as any personal possessions remaining. The amount of contents left to clear was considerable spanning 8 rooms in total and included the remains of a mk2 ford escort with spare parts in the garage. The garden shed and workshop also needed to be cleared of the large amount of tools garden machinery and building material within.
Completed On Time
This was one of our larger projects and was planned to take 2 days with the use of our largest vehicles to contain the material removed. The job was carried out quickly and we were able to complete the work by mid-afternoon on the second day finishing off the job by sweeping all the footpaths and driveway and hoovering every room inside the property itself. Our client was very satisfied and thanked us for getting the job done on time. He was amazed at the volume that the household waste took up in our vehicles. But for us this was a straightforward property clearance without any particular problems.
