House Clearance Windsor – Mr Albin called me on Sunday the 8th of January 2012 to arrange for the clearance of his mothers apartment at the above address. The price was agreed and Mr Albin gave me the instruction to go ahead with this Berkshire house clearance. I arrived with my team at 7am on the morning of the 10th January and was able to park directly out side the main entrance of the block giving us easy access to the staircase up to the 1st floor where the flat was located. I was amazed to see Windsor castle looming up in the air right above the flat only 100 feet away. The property was tidy and had quite a normal amount of furnishing, mainly teak of Danish origin that had been purchased while Mr Albin’s mother had lived in Denmark in the 1960’s. Some of the furniture was quite stylish so we were happy to make an allowance for it to offset the cost of clearance. The remaining contents were not of commercial value but perfectly adequate for recycling and re-use. We managed to re-use in one way or another nearly all of the contents and only 10% of all the contents went to landfill. We cleared the flat completely by 3pm and hoovered the whole place from top to bottom. Mr Albin stayed with us for the whole day kindly making frequent rounds of tea and biscuits. We finally left the property at 4pm and made the way back to our depot.
