Clearance Overview
The owner of this semi-detached house had inherited the property and wanted us to clear it out and drain down the central heating system because he did not have the budget to renovate the property and it would have to be left empty for a few months. There was a lot of space to carry out the clearance and there was also a private driveway to park our vehicles.
Clearance Requirements
We managed to clear the property within the day and distribute the contents to various locations. Apparently the previous occupants had not been well and the property had been left in bad condition. However, the owner did not require us to clean it following the clearing so we were in and in one day.
Disposal of Contents
Apart from a few books, none of the items we cleared were in an acceptable condition to be donated to charities in the area. As a result we split the items between those for recycling (the majority) and those for waste
