We quoted for this particular house-clearance in Blakes Lane East Clandon 4 weeks before and although our house clearance fee was were slightly more expensive than our competitors the client chose us following a recommendation. The property was an annex with stable and part of a large farmhouse at the top of a secluded country lane. We were asked to clear the entire property of its furniture and effects along with some unwanted personal possessions. The client had removed a considerable amount of items for use in his new home. Stable Courtyard And Outbuildings
We started by clearing the stable which contained a sofa, desk, over a hundred files, three bags full of golf clubs, two Britax child seats and a booster. There was also a computer, monitor, printer numerous cables and 12 large boxes of perfectly good photocopying paper. Once this was all removed we moved to the courtyard and took a very nice garden bench, a barbecue, and some decorative terracotta flower pots. We were now ready to clear the property internally.
Kitchen And Ground Floor Clearance
From the kitchen we removed all crockery, kitchenalia surplus food, small electrical appliances and numerous pots and pans. There was also a fridge freezer and washing machine which we safely disconnected and dispatched to the truck. Having cleared the kitchen we moved to the conservatory emptying it of a cane three piece suite and a glass coffee table. From the study a desk, drinks trolley, desk chair and a chest. Then finally from downstairs we cleared the living room of a small tv, a sofa set, another coffee table and various pictures and collectables.
Bedrooms And Bathroom Clearance
It took about 45 Minutes to clear the bedrooms of two double beds, three wardrobes four bedside cabinets, two chest of drawers, pictures clothing, bedding and toiletries. Finally we hoovered the property from top to bottom and left it clean and tidy. The client stayed for the duration of the house clearance and was extremely happy with the end result which was completed on time.
