House Clearance in Bromley BR1

As many of our Clients have never used a house clearance company before, we found that it was helpful to outline previous work we have conducted in the Bromley area. This gives new Clients some understanding of the clearance process and pricing. If you are looking to clear a property in Bromley then for free advice without obligation.

CLEARANCE DATE: 21 November 2011
PROPERTY LOCATION: Bromley BR1
CLEARANCE TYPE: Full house clearance
PROPERTY TYPE: 3 bedroom terraced house
COST OF SERVICE: £795

Clearance Overview

Following the repossession of a mid terraced 3 bedroom property in Bromley we were asked to completely clear it of all furniture and effects, clean it right through and change the locks The previous occupier vacated leaving a large amount of household furniture and contents and our client, a high street bank, instructed us to remove all contents, change the locks, switch off the mains and take a meter reading then finally clean the house throughout. All carpets and curtains were to remain.

Clearance Requirements

Parking was not a problem and we arrived with two vehicles positioned directly outside the property. We had received the keys by courier and we started the house clearance at 7am by removing the bedroom furniture from the upstairs along with an abundance of clothing, shoes, small tables an many boxes full of redundant and obsolete computer parts. After this we moved downstairs and completely cleared the living room, reception area and kitchen of all contents. We removed a three piece suite, sideboard, side table and a few boxes of ornaments. And from the kitchen all cutlery and crockery from the cupboards, followed by a cane suite from the conservatory. Finally we vacuumed the property from top to bottom and left it clean and tidy. After changing the locks we handed the keys back to the bank.

Disposal of Contents

We managed to donate most of the residual of contents that were usable to charity and other material was recycled with a minimal amount going to landfill.

Client Comments

The bank representative, confirmed completion of the work to their instruction and thanked us for the work.
